A bright & fresh oven roasted sheet pan sea bass with lemon salsa that is an absolute joy to the whole family! Incredibly flavorful! Ready in an hour! This no-fuss recipe is healthy, quick and easy & will be everyone’s favorite!
One of my ABSOLUTE favorite things is EASY, TASTY, QUICK and most of the times HEALTHY recipes that you can prepare in the kitchen. If it needed little to no cleanup time that’s even a BIG bonus! I feel I’m speaking on behalf of most of us with this order of priorities for a good meal that you can enjoy over breakfast, lunch or dinner (though some might disagree with the way I ordered this). That definitely does not mean that I don’t prepare anything that takes more than 30 minutes. No! I mean I DO bake as you know, but for every day life, I tend to prefer quick meals more often.
Now let me introduce you to a new obsession of mine: SHEET PAN recipes! If you my friends haven’t met sheet pan meals, I am telling you that you’re missing out ALOTTT!! They are the key for staying healthy when you work 9-10 hours a day and need a good home cooked meal. I promise you will LOVE them like I do! No wonder why they’re so hot on Pinterest right now (I have a whole board dedicated for this).
This post contains affiliate links. My sister and mom read my blog and, just like you, they rely on my opinion. I would never recommend a product that I don’t use & LOVE, it would be like giving a bad recommendation to my own family!
Anyways, if you’re not familiar with these recipes, you just pick simple ingredients you want, layer them on one Sheet pan, add some seasoning and a splash of olive or coconut oil and pop them in the oven for 30 minutes or so, and *poof* a delicious meal is right in front of you with barely any clean up to do.
An advise for even an easier clean up, add some tin foil or parchment paper to the bottom of your sheet pan. I usually use parchment paper, but use whatever is on hand.
When it comes to sheet pan recipes, the sky is the limit, as long as most of your ingredients need almost the same time to cook. You just chop whatever needs to be chopped an your oven will do the rest of the work. There are also sheet pan cakes! Just make sure that you use a rimmed sheet pan to prevent any spills.
So, let’s talk about this amazing sheet pan sea bass with lemon salsa recipe that is my total favorite. The first time my mom made this recipe, we were all in OHHs and AAHs and did not stop eating until we finished the whole thing! The most thing about this recipe that keeps me amazed each time is richness in flavor that comes from what I like to call “lemon-cilantro salsa mix”. I mean this sheet pan sea bass is a quick, easy, delicious recipe that gets ready fast!
Remember – there are plenty more fish in the sea – cod, salmon, or bream all make great alternatives if you can’t get sea bass!
Also one more tip, prepare extra amount of the salsa because you’re going to enjoy having it fresh as a side salad dish to your fish.
